Sizing Chart (PLEASE READ!)
1. Clothing: our store uses Asian size. Asian size S is different from the size S used in the US or other countries.
We advise against selecting a size solely based on your usual size. Instead, we recommend choosing the size by aligning your measurements with our product description (bust, waist, shoulder, etc.) to ensure a perfect fit.
All measurements are taken by hand. Please allow for a margin of error of 1-4 centimeters due to manual measuring. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Shoes: our store uses China size. Please refer to the chart below for guidance.
For example, if you wear US size 7, select size 38 from our store. We recommend choosing one size up, especially for tight-fitting shoes like high heels or boots.

- Regular shipping takes 7-20 business days, with a maximum of about 4 weeks. This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays, customs detention, or any special inspection by your government beyond our control. Please rest assured that your order will not be lost, and you will 100% receive your package.
- Express shipping takes 3-8 business days. Contact us for price inquiries.
- We CANNOT ship to PO BOX addresses. Please provide your home address. We uphold the utmost confidentiality and will never share your personal information with any third parties.
- Free shipping does not apply to large carpets and heavy pet houses.

Refunds & Returns
- We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days after you receive the package, provided the items are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
- We do not accept returns and exchanges for lingerie, swimwear, stockings/socks, and preorder/customized/handmade products.
- Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping fees. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is altered or used.
- A full refund is offered in the form of store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that you will be responsible for the associated processing fees.

It's a cute set... but by the third wear the skirt zipper broke and there are loose threads everywhere! You can tell it's cheaply made. The sweater is okay and it's a nice fit, the only issue is the skirt. It's too short at the back and the zipper hardly works and comes apart easily. For such a long wait time for this set I would advise against getting it solely for the skirt issues that make it almost unwearable.

The delivery was so fast! It was shipped in 2 days and shipping takes only 8 days to California. The customer service is very kind and answers all my questions. The quality is very good, exactly as described. The lace details are great. The skirt is a little short, but there are shorts inside. Overall I'm very satisfied!

I got this sweater a few weeks ago and have washed it multiple times. The color is neutral, a creamy shade. It's easy to pair with whatever. Held up well after a few washes, no weird changes or damage. Five stars for that!
