1. Clothing: our store uses Asian size. Asian size S is different from the size S used in the US or other countries.
We advise against selecting a size solely based on your usual size. Instead, we recommend choosing the size by aligning your measurements with our product description (bust, waist, shoulder, etc.) to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Shoes: our store uses China size. Please refer to this chart for guidance.
For example, if you wear US size 7, select size 38 from our store. We recommend choosing one size up for tight-fitting shoes, like boots.

- We offer free worldwide shipping on orders $79+!
- Regular shipping is estimated to take 1-4 weeks in business days. This timeframe, provided by logistics, excludes weekends, holidays, customs detention, or any special inspection by your government beyond our control. Please rest assured that your order will not be lost, and you will 100% receive your package!
- We are CANNOT deliver to PO BOX addresses; kindly provide your home address. Rest assured, we uphold the utmost confidentiality and will never share your personal information with any third parties.
- Free shipping does not apply to large carpets and heavy pet houses.
- Contact us for price inquiry if you want express shipping (3-7 days delivery).
FAQ
- Typically, the majority of our customers are not required to pay customs fees. However, in rare cases, we kindly ask for your understanding that customers may be responsible for local handling and tax fees, if required by their local laws, to receive their package.
Refunds & Returns
- We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days after you receive the package, provided the items are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
- We do not accept returns and exchanges for lingerie, swimwear, stockings/socks, and preorder/customized/handmade products.
- Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping fees. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is altered or used.
- A full refund is offered in the form of store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that you will be responsible for the associated processing fees.

Very beautiful. Looks expensive compared to the price. The downside is that the bust area is not very elastic, so make sure you order the right size. It’s also quite hard to put it on by myself. Overall, I like it very much, makes me feel like a princess!
