Refunds & Returns Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days after you receive the package, provided the items are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
• We do not accept returns and exchanges for lingerie, swimwear, stockings/socks, and preorder/customized/handmade products.
• Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping fees. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is altered or used.
• A full refund is offered in the form of store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that you will be responsible for the associated processing fees.
