I received a wrong item/defective product/missing item.

If you encounter any issues with your package, please do not throw away the outer shipping package/mailer (the one with your name and address) or any tags. These items are required for verification.

Please contact our customer service below with your Order Number (SP#####). We’ll resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Are the products the same as the pictures?

Yes! We guarantee that the products you receive are exactly as shown in the images.

For handmade or custom items, there may be very slight natural variations (such as minor differences in accessory placement, embroidery, or pattern), but the overall design and quality will remain the same. These details will be noted in the product description.

Which payment methods do you accept? Do you accept COD?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please note: American Express (AMEX) is currently not accepted.

My payment won't go through. What should I do?

If your payment is declined, here are some quick solutions to try:

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit on your card.
  • Try using a different credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard recommended).
  • Pay with PayPal – it’s fast and easy. You can use your card through PayPal without needing a PayPal account.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes to receive my package?

Duties and taxes are included in the price for most countries. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information.

Washing Instructions

  • Remove all accessories (including brooches, metal straps, etc.) before washing.
  • Hand washing is highly recommended for best results.
  • If machine washing, place the garment in a mesh laundry bag and wash separately. Always wash dark and light colors separately.
  • Delicate items with heavy lace or embellishments should not be machine-washed. Please contact us if you're unsure.
  • Do not use a dryer. Air dry or sun-dry naturally to prevent shrinkage.
