- Order processing typically takes up to 15 business days.
- Preorder, customized, handmade products may take longer (please check the product description for specific timelines).
- In-stock items can be shipped within 2-7 business days. If you're in a hurry, contact us to check for exact availability.
Shipping Policy & Timeframe ✈️
- Free shipping on orders over $79 USD (default regular shipping).
- Regular shipping: 7-15 business days.
- Express shipping: 3-8 business days (fees vary based on order weight).
- Shipping options and exact costs will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Please note:
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential address.
- Delivery times exclude holidays and any customs delays beyond our control.
- We ship from China and maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all orders.
Custom Duties & Taxes 📄
For most countries, duties and taxes are already included in the price for regular shipping. You won’t need to pay any extra fees upon delivery for the following countries:
- Americas: Brazil, Canada, Mexico, United States
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Asia & Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

Express Shipping for Europe – Duties & Taxes
Taxes are included in the following countries:
United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
Taxes are not included in the following countries:
Greece, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, Latvia, Slovakia, Cyprus.
For all other regions (Americas, Asia & Oceania, Middle East, Africa, etc.), duties and taxes are included with Express shipping — you won’t need to pay any extra fees.

Local customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are paid directly to your government. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Packages returned or held due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
