- Regular shipping takes 7-15 business days. Postal packages may take longer. This timeframe excludes holidays and customs detention beyond our control. Please rest assured that your order will not be lost, and you will 100% receive your package.

- We CANNOT ship to a PO BOX address. Please provide your home address. We uphold the utmost confidentiality.

Refunds & Returns
- We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days after you receive the package, provided the items are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
- We do not accept returns and exchanges for lingerie, swimwear, stockings/socks, and preorder/customized/handmade products.
- Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping fees. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is altered or used.
- A full refund is offered in the form of store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that you will be responsible for the associated processing fees.
